Julie Hardman

Julie brings over 30 years of experience in business ownership and operational management, providing Mission Property Management with strong, practical leadership across day-to-day operations.
Having owned and successfully run multiple businesses, Julie has extensive experience in process management, compliance, financial oversight, and customer service—all critical to the effective management of residential and mixed-use property portfolios. Her background enables her to ensure that operational systems are efficient, consistent, and responsive, supporting both clients and residents.
 

Technical Construction Consultant
Ernest Hardman

Ernest brings over 50 years of experience in the construction industry, offering Mission Property Management an exceptional depth of technical knowledge and practical insight. His hands-on background gives him a rare ability to bridge the gap between theoretical standards and real-world construction practice.
Ernest’s decades of experience, combined with a calm, methodical approach, make him a trusted authority for Mission Property Management and its clients alike.
 

Decorative Finishes Manager
Emma Sherriffs

Emma brings over 15 years’ experience in professional painting and decorating. She is fully qualified to NVQ Levels 1, 2 and 3 and has worked across a wide range of residential and commercial projects, from small private works to large-scale schemes.
Emma’s priorities are strict adherence to Health & Safety regulations and the delivery of high-quality decorative finishes across all aspects of her trade, including painting, specialist effects, and wall coverings, completed within agreed timeframes. Highly knowledgeable and approachable, she is always available to provide practical advice and guidance, ensuring consistently excellent results across managed properties.
 

Social Media/SEO Manager
Laura Collins

Laura brings over eight years of experience in digital marketing, content strategy, and search optimisation, working with small businesses and service-based organisations across the South West.
Before joining Mission Property Management Services, Laura worked with a number of local companies to develop their online presence, overseeing everything from website content and keyword strategy to campaign planning and performance tracking.
At Mission, Laura is responsible for managing the company’s social media platforms, refining website content, and ensuring that the business remains visible, credible, and competitive online.
 

Office Administrator
Bethany Hardman

Bethany joined the Mission Property Management team in 2026, bringing a strong academic background and a highly organised, detail-focused approach to office administration.
She holds a BA (Hons) Fine Art, First Class, from Liverpool Hope University (2024). Her degree has equipped her with excellent skills in communication, organisation, presentation, and attention to detail, which translate effectively into the structured and process-driven environment of property management.
 

Maintenance Technician
Keane Wilde

Keane has worked across multiple construction sites over recent years as a self-employed general operative, before becoming a permanent member of the Mission team in 2025. During this time, he has demonstrated strong reliability and a consistently high work ethic.
With an ex-military background, as well as experience as a Physical Training Instructor (PTI) and Lifeguard, Keane brings discipline, professionalism, and a strong focus on safety to his role. He has recently completed industry training courses as part of developing a recognised trade, further strengthening his practical skills on site.
Highly dependable and a proven grafter, Keane plays an important role in supporting day-to-day operations.

Maintenance Apprentice
Cole Wilde

Cole is the latest addition to the Mission team. Prior to securing his apprenticeship, Cole completed work experience across several construction sites, gaining early exposure to site operations and the practical demands of the role.
Highly motivated and keen to develop, Cole has adapted quickly to his role and is already excelling in his college studies alongside his practical training. His strong work ethic and willingness to learn mark him out as someone with clear potential to grow with the company.
